材料 Ingredients:
4人份量 4 persons

300克滑豆腐 300g Silken tofu
160克淨重蝦 160g Prawns
適量蔥絲 Handful of spring onion
半茶匙生粉 1/2 tsp Potato starch
半隻蛋白 1/2 egg white
一茶匙麻油 1 tsp sesame oil
¼茶匙胡椒粉 1/4 tsp white ground pepper
半茶匙鹽 1/2 tsp salt
兩茶匙蠔油 2 tsp oyster sauce
一粒乾瑤柱 1 dried conpoy
¼茶匙糖 1/4 tsp sugar
生粉水:兩茶匙生粉加1湯匙水 Potato starch mix: 2 tsp potato starch + 1 TBS water
一片薑,拍鬆 1 ginger slice (gently crushed)
